Mike Candrea is a Softball coach who after 36 years leading the University of Arizona has retired as one of the most respected coaches of Any sport in the USA. He is the all-time winningest coach in college softball history and ranked fourth of any coach in any NCAA sport with 1,674 wins.

His teams have won 8 Women’s College World Series and 11× Pac 12 or 10 Regular Season titles. In addition, he led Team USA to 2004 Olympic Gold medal and the 2008 silver medal. And In 2017 he was inducted into the USA Softball Hall of Fame
