Your Leadership Survey results are shown on the radar chart. The points shows your average rating for each of  the 4 key leadership trait areas. 

• People
• Culture
• Learning
• Performance

You can also see the average for all people that have taken the survey.

With this information you can decide where you would like to focus your development plans.

Here are some questions to help you begin:

• What area of development is most important for the people you are leading?
• What plan can you put in place to improve in these areas?
• Where is your greatest leadership strength? What could you do to leverage this more?
