Tricia Cullop is a former basketball player and now coach. As a player, she was a High School All-American in 1989, and at Purdue University was part of the team that that won the school’s first ever Big Ten championship in 1991.
After stints as an Assistant coach at Radford, Long Beach State, and Xavier, she was appointed Head Coach of the University of Toledo women’s basketball team in 2008. She has led Toledo to three MAC regular-season championships and one MAC tournament championship. She was named MAC coach of the Year in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2022. And also in 2022, was the Carol Eckman Award winner, for coaching integrity in women’s college basketball.
