Cameron Schwab

Cameron Schwab grew up as the son of an Australian Rules Football CEO and spent his childhood mixing with his football heroes. His career started in Australian Football at the age of 20 overseeing talent identification and player recruitment at the Melbourne Football Club. In 1998, he was appointed CEO of the Richmond Football Club at just 24, the youngest in the history of the League. For the next 25 years, he was CEO of three AFL clubs, Richmond, Melbourne, and Fremantle. Cameron holds a MBA, is a talented artist, has battled cancer and depression, and in our discussion talks openly about the parenting challenges of supporting a transgender child. He now runs Design CEO where he helps organisations build COURAGEOUS, CONFIDENT & CREATIVE LEADERS.
